I create data driven story telling through static and interactive graphics and maps using tools like the R project for statistical computing, QGIS, ESRI storymaps, and Tableau dashboards. There are also fantastic low cost options like knightlab’s storymaps, storylines, and timelines.

My research is quantitative and spatially focused. I can help you and your organization answer critical questions around impact, program assessment, policy implications, demographics, and more. The U.S. Census Bureau provides amazing (and free!) data on our population including things like race, ethnicity, age, languages spoken, education, income, housing, voting and voter registration, citizenship, ability, and so much more. I have years of experience handling Census data and using it to help organizations understand the populations they serve. I will bring this wealth of information to your organization.
